Payroll builds on the staff records and hours already in Team. It prepares, checks and exports the data your payroll software or accountant needs.
What Payroll does not do
Payroll does not calculate PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments or net pay. It does not produce payslips and does not submit anything to HMRC. You still need payroll software or an accountant for those steps.

Payroll is live for organisations in early access. Here is what it does today, and what it does not.
People and rates
- Pay profiles with payroll ID, employment type and dates
- Hourly rates or annual salary, each with an effective date
- Sensitive details kept separately and shown only with a dedicated permission
- Access by Payroll role, granted by the owner or an admin
Pay runs
- One pay run per venue per month
- Uses only hours confirmed in Team
- Checks for missing profiles or rates before approval
- Draft, In review and Approved, with reopening by reason
Pay elements
- Overtime at a fixed rate or as a multiple of the hourly rate
- Bonus, commission and other earnings
- Adjustments with a required reason
- Tax and NI treatment recorded for each element, for your reference

- CSV export: summary and detail per person
- Printable summary for review
- Every export and download recorded
- Full history of changes
