Set up your organisation
During early access we set up each organisation with you, so your venues, staff and modules are right from the first day.
- Request accessTell us about your venues and which modules you need.
- We prepare your organisationYou receive a private link to create your account and your organisation.
- Choose modules and billingTeam, Academy, Payroll or a combination, monthly or annually.
- Invite your teamAdd staff and coaches with the right roles, then invite your golfers to Members.

Golfers and customers
Members accounts are created from an invitation sent by your coach, club or authorised staff. This keeps your information private: nothing is shared with you, or about you, until you accept.
